Our Story

2005-2009

Foundation | Starting by Solving a Pain Point
The story begins with a frontline equipment maintenance worker, who is our founder. In his daily work, the thing he faced most often was not the hard rock, but the crushers that frequently shut down due to worn core components. The anxious looks from customers due to production stoppages were the greatest driving force for change. In 2005, he led several experienced technicians to start tackling the technology of wear parts like jaw plates and hammer heads in a rented workshop. Our goal was simple and pure: to make more wear-resistant components with a longer lifespan.

2009-2014

Taking Root | The Birth of the First Complete Machine
With a solid reputation in the field of wear parts and a deep understanding of crushing principles, we were no longer satisfied with merely playing a ‘supporting role.’ In 2009, we successfully assembled and sold our first self-designed heavy-duty hammer crusher. This machine underwent the harshest test at a quarry in Zhejiang, performing beyond the client’s expectations. In the following years, we focused on the research, development, and manufacturing of medium and small crushing equipment. By collecting extensive frontline feedback and rapidly iterating on our products, our equipment established a foothold in the regional market for being ‘sturdy and durable.’

2014-2019

Growth | Building Systems and Expanding Product Lines
With the country’s infrastructure construction entering the fast track, market demand has surged. In 2014, we relocated to our own industrial park, introducing CNC machining centers and automated welding robots, achieving a leap from ‘workshop-style’ production to modern manufacturing. At the same time, we established a complete R&D, quality inspection, and supply chain system. Our product line expanded from a single impact crusher to include jaw crushers, cone crushers, sand-making machines, and other series, enabling us to provide customers with more comprehensive crushing solutions.

2019-2024

Innovation | Towards Intelligence and Sustainability
Facing intense market competition and increasingly strict environmental requirements, we embarked on a secondary entrepreneurial journey centered on ‘intelligence’ and ‘green’ development. We launched a new generation of products equipped with intelligent lubrication systems and remote monitoring modules, helping customers achieve predictive maintenance. We actively explored technologies such as noise control and dry dust removal to make crushing operations more environmentally friendly. During this period, our equipment began to be exported in bulk to international markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Customer Success Case

The original production line of Hongji Building Materials in Quzhou, Zhejiang, used a traditional spring cone crusher to process high-hardness granite. This not only consumed a lot of energy but also frequently blocked due to inconvenient adjustment of the discharge port, resulting in an average daily effective production time of less than 14 hours, with finished products having plate-like content as high as 18%, severely affecting the selling price.

Solution: We replaced the core crushing section with an HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher equipped with a hydraulic automatic cavity cleaning system and laminated crushing chamber, achieving iron-overload protection and one-key adjustment of the discharge port.

Quantified results:
Overall production line efficiency increased by 30%, with daily effective production time stabilized at over 18 hours.
The plate-like content of finished aggregates was reduced to below 10%, increasing the market price of products by about 5 yuan per ton.

The main mining area of Yongxin Mining in Anshan, Liaoning, consists of extremely wear-resistant basalt. The original manganese steel jaw plates of the jaw crusher needed to be replaced after crushing an average of 300,000 tons of material. The annual spare part cost for just the jaw plates exceeded 400,000 yuan, and frequent replacements severely affected production continuity.

Solution: We customized a JC series ultra-heavy-duty jaw crusher for them, equipped with specially designed jaw plates made using the “super-tough high-chrome composite casting technology,” giving the jaw plate surface extremely high hardness while maintaining toughness at the core to prevent breakage.

Quantified Results:
The service life of a single set of customized jaw plates exceeded 1.2 million tons, four times that of the original equipment.
By reducing downtime and avoiding spare part replacements, this directly saved the customer over 600,000 yuan in annual production costs.

The project department of a certain section of the China-Laos Railway is located in a tropical rainforest, where the site is humid and rainy, and local technical support is limited. The reliability, anti-corrosion capability, and after-sales response speed of crushing equipment are the ultimate tests.
Solution: We not only provided the HST560 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with special anti-rust treatment for tropical climates, but also innovatively equipped it with an ‘Intelligent Cloud Platform’ to enable remote monitoring of equipment data and fault warnings.
