Q3: What size stones can the PSW-3200 bury?

The PSW-3200 effectively buries surface stones from small gravel up to approximately 100–150 mm in diameter, depending on soil conditions and working depth. For larger stones (200 mm+), we recommend a first pass with a rock rake or stone picker to remove the biggest material, followed by the PSW-3200 for final seedbed preparation. The sorting tine spacing is adjustable to control the maximum stone size that reaches the surface.

Yes. All rotor blades are individually bolt-on and replaceable without removing the rotor from the machine. Blade life depends on soil abrasiveness and stone content, but typical service life is 150–400 operating hours. Yes, but performance depends on moisture conditions. Heavy clay soils should ideally be tilled when moisture is moderate — not too wet (sticks to blades) and not too dry (extremely hard). In suitable conditions, the PSW-3200’s high-torque PTO drive and hardened blades handle heavy clay effectively. Reducing working speed to 2–3 km/h in very heavy soils helps maintain finish quality.

Absolutely. This two-stage approach delivers the best results on extremely stony ground.
